- Rooms need to be guaranteed with a credit card or advance deposit.
- Cancellations are requested 4 days prior to the date of stay. A $10 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation. If a cancellation is made within the 3-day period of the stay, then 1/2 of the first night stay and taxes will be charged.
- Rates include 2 adults per room.
- Guests may check into their room any time after 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00AM.
- Children are welcome.
- For the comfort of all of our guests, the rooms at Sweet's Hotel are smoke and pet free. (A $150 cleaning fee will be charged.)
